COREINSTALL™ — Certified Installation for COREFINISH Systems

SECTION 1 — What Is COREINSTALL™?

COREINSTALL™ is the dedicated installation division of COREFINISH GROUP™, responsible for the on-site delivery, handling, and installation of COREWALL™, CORERECEPTION™, COREFORM™, and COREBUILT™ components. We do not use random subs pulled off a list. Only COREINSTALL-certified installers, trained in our systems and standards, are allowed to install COREFINISH products.

SECTION 2 — Why Certified Installers Matter

Architectural wall systems and reception environments are only as good as the team that installs them. Misaligned reveals, uneven panels, damaged edges, and rushed field fixes can ruin months of design and fabrication work. COREINSTALL-certified installers are trained specifically on COREFINISH systems, clip hardware, labeling, tolerances, and protection methods. That means cleaner installs, fewer punch-list items, and interiors that look like the renderings.

SECTION 3 — Who Our Installers Are

COREINSTALL™ works with a select network of professional installation teams that have been vetted, trained, and approved by COREFINISH. Every certified crew has demonstrated:

  • Experience with high-end commercial interiors
  • Ability to read and interpret shop drawings
  • Respect for sequencing, labeling, and protection procedures
  • Clean, professional conduct on active job sites

If a crew is not COREINSTALL-certified, they do not install COREWALL™.

SECTION 4 — What COREINSTALL™ Handles

COREINSTALL™ manages the entire field side of our systems, including:

  • Receiving and checking labeled shipments
  • Safe handling and staging of panels and components
  • Layout, alignment, and clip-system installation
  • Panel mounting, adjustments, and fine-tuning
  • Integration with adjacent trades (GC, electrical, glazing, etc.)
  • Final cleaning, protection, and turnover

The result is a wall system and reception environment that looks intentional, precise, and finished — not improvised.

SECTION 5 — The COREINSTALL™ Certification Standard

To become COREINSTALL-certified, installers must:

  • Complete COREFINISH system training (COREWALL™, CORERECEPTION™, COREFORM™ basics)
  • Learn our clip hardware, blocking requirements, and tolerance guidelines
  • Demonstrate sample installs to COREFINISH QA standards
  • Agree to follow our site rules: protection, handling, communication, and documentation

Certification is not permanent — it must be maintained with consistent performance on live projects. Crews that don’t meet expectations lose certification.

SECTION 6 — How COREINSTALL™ Works With GCs & Architects

COREINSTALL™ operates as a coordinated partner, not a mystery subcontractor. We:

  • Attend preconstruction or coordination calls when requested
  • Review schedules and access constraints with the GC
  • Confirm substrate readiness, blocking, and field dimensions
  • Flag conflicts early (MEP, glazing, openings, etc.)
  • Follow building and site rules at all times

Our goal is simple: make COREWALL™ and related systems the smoothest scope on the job.

SECTION 7 — Using Your Own Installer (When Allowed)

For certain projects, GCs or owners may prefer to use their own trusted installer. That is only possible if:

  1. The installer completes our COREINSTALL™ certification process, and
  2. They agree in writing to follow COREFINISH installation standards and details.

If they are not certified, they cannot install COREWALL™ under COREFINISH warranty. We will still support them with training and documentation if they pursue certification — but we will not compromise standards.

SECTION 8 — What COREINSTALL™ Stands For

COREINSTALL™ is about protecting the design, the product, and the project. We stand for:

  • Clean, precise installations
  • Respect for the architect’s intent
  • Reduced risk for the GC
  • A consistent experience across every COREFINISH project

When clients see the COREFINISH name on a set of drawings, they know the install will be handled by people who understand the system — not by whoever happened to be available that week.
